The Societies Photography Convention

The end of the year comes close and after that there comes January. Yes, I know you know that 😉

What I want to say is that when January comes, in central London we’re going to have one of the biggest photography events of the year – the Societies Convention.

It’s one of these events that you don’t want to miss. I have been going there every year for the last few years and it’s always been great.

There’s always a lot going on at the Societies Convention and there are a number of great speakers/presenters. I remember that one year I saw some great presentations by Sean McCormack – here’s Sean’s website. And many more, too many to list them here. You’ve got to experience it yourself.

This year the Societies Convention takes place on 11-15th of January (free trade show for everyone on 13-15th of January) and takes place (like last year and year before) in the Hilton London Metropole hotel, Edgware Road.

If you’re quick enough, you can still get your FREE ticket to the trade show, where you can see a number of presentations, seminars, and workshops (all for FREE) but if you’re quick enough. You can get your tickets here.

Convention is an event with a lot of education, with five days of action packed programmes designed to help you put your imagery ahead of the game. The three day Trade Show spanning the Friday to Sunday is a gathering of the who’s who in the photographic industry, with many of the leading brands present and eager to show you the latest in technology and design.

Do not hesitate and book your free ticket today. If you’re not quick, you will have to pay for your entry ticket later.

There will be a number of speakers at 2017 convention, many masterclasses (many of them fully booked already) and even some location seminars. The full list is available on the website.

Hope to see you there.
