Did you know that you can reverse the layers stacking order in Photoshop?

And I don’t mind dragging and dropping the layers to rearrange them. I mean a proper reversing of the layers’ stacking order inside Photoshop.

First, you need to select multiple layers, otherwise it’s going to be greyed out (the options) like this:

In order to use Reverse option, which can be found under Layer > Arrange, you need to select at least two layers (which seems to make sense). Now, this option will become active and you can use it, as shown here:

This feature only works with layers, it doesn’t work with layer groups.
