Adobe has released Lightroom 4.1 and it is now available as a final release at Adobe.com.

Lightroom 4.1 is also available through updates in Lightroom 4.

Lightroom 4.1 provides additional camera raw support as well as new lens profiles support. In addition, Adobe addressed bugs that appeared in previous version of Lightroom.

There are some new features in Lightroom 4.1 as well:

– the ability to process HDR files (16-bit, 24-bit and 32-bit TIFF files), useful for images that were merged into HDR Pro in Photoshop;

– additional Color Fringing corrections for dealing with chromatic abberations;

– Photo Books can be saved as JPEGs in the Book Module;

– exporting to Adobe Revel is now available in the Publish plugin.
